For the past 18+ years Yasmin’s focus has been experience design and innovation strategy. Innovation and problem solving for our future is what really excites Yasmin, as well as helping brands reinvent themselves in order to connect with customers and society in new and meaningful ways.
Yasmin leads teams and clients to be bold thinkers and tackle a broad range of strategic customer experience challenges across automotive, finance, health-care, luxury, and retail. Her projects have included retail strategies for Bang and Olufsen, new product development for Nike to vision work for Burberry and Unilever. Before agency life she was exploring what the future would look like in a world of smart and connected spaces.
