Yasmin is a creative leader whose focus is experience design and innovation strategy. Innovation and problem solving for our future is what really excites Yasmin. Since joining in Publicis Sapient in 2012, she has helped many brands reinvent and transform themselves in order to connect with customers in new and meaningful ways. In her current role as a Creative Director and Head of Experience Design at Publicis Sapient, Yasmin leads teams and clients to tackle a broad range of strategic customer experience challenges across retail, finance, commercial, luxury, and health-care accounts. Her projects have included retail strategies for M&S and F&F, new product and service development for HCA, brand experience for Bang and Olufsen, to vision work for Barclays and Unilever. Yasmin also enjoys mentoring younger talent to empower them and ensure we continue to grow a set of diverse thinkers in the industry.
